SIS Ventures joins EIS Association

SIS Ventures is pleased to announce its membership with the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA). EISA is the official trade body for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) industry.
This partnership not only aligns with SIS Ventures' commitment to driving positive change through its impact investment approach but also highlights the significant role that EIS and SEIS play in shaping the landscape of investment and entrepreneurship.
SIS Ventures joins EISA's wider membership which encompasses entrepreneurs, fund managers, promoters, solicitors, accountants, platform operators, financial intermediaries, and financial advisers, all closely involved in the operation of the EIS and SEIS. EISA also works closely with HM Treasury, HMRC, government ministers, MPs, and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring the evolution and effectiveness of these investment schemes.
Since their inception, EIS and SEIS have emerged as cornerstone components of the investment ecosystem, channelling vital capital in support of 53,000 startups and £30 billion of investment.
EISA also champions education and promotion surrounding EIS and SEIS, raising awareness, and understanding of their impact on both fledgling enterprises and the broader economy.
