Alistair Johnstone

As Head of Credit & Compliance with both SIS And SIS Ventures, Alistair is responsible for the company’s investment activities and regulatory compliance. Alistair provides strong direction and support for credit risk and compliance across both organisations. He is able to support mission-led businesses due to his extensive financial management and relationship building skills.

Before joining SIS back in 2011, Alistair worked in various roles at Bank of Scotland where he worked for over 20 years. His most memorable and enjoyable time was supporting a variety of SMEs and Corporate business in the role of Relationship Manager. In his spare time, Alistair enjoys playing football and walking his border terrier.
